Each individual may hold only one epal33 account. Duplicate accounts will be merged or closed. Accounts are personal and non-transferable — sharing credentials violates these Terms.
All deposits must originate from payment methods registered in your name. Withdrawals are returned to the same source. epal33 does not accept third-party payments.
All bonuses and promotions are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Full terms apply per promotion.
Any attempt to exploit software, collude, or engage in fraudulent activity will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds. epal33 uses active fraud detection systems.

By accessing, registering for, or using the epal33 platform available at epal33.app (the "Platform"), you ("the Player", "you", "your") irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), together with epal33's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference. Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) epal33 account. The existence of duplicate or multiple accounts associated with the same individual, device, IP address, household, or payment method is strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. epal33 reserves the right to request documentation to verify your identity, age, and payment details at any time as part of its Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. epal33 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account. You must notify epal33 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your account.
epal33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, regulatory requirements, or failure to complete KYC verification. In the event of account closure, any eligible balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method after applicable deductions.
epal33 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank, CIMB Bank, Public Bank, Visa, and Mastercard, subject to availability. All transactions must be conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.
All deposits must originate from payment accounts or instruments registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. epal33 reserves the right to return any deposit received from an unverified or third-party source and to close the associated account.
Withdrawal requests are processed in accordance with epal33's standard processing schedule. Funds will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit where technically possible. epal33 reserves the right to conduct identity and source-of-funds verification before processing any withdrawal. Processing times may vary depending on the selected payment method and any applicable verification requirements.
epal33 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may apply their own fees, for which epal33 bears no responsibility. Currency conversion, where applicable, will be conducted at prevailing market rates.
All bonuses, free bets, and promotional credits offered by epal33 are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds and any winnings derived therefrom cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fulfilled in its entirety. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each promotion is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
epal33 reserves the right to refuse, withdraw, or reclaim any bonus if there is evidence of abuse, exploitation of promotional terms, collusion, or any other conduct epal33 determines to be contrary to the spirit of the promotion. Players who participate in a bonus with no intention of genuine play may have their bonuses cancelled and account closed.
epal33 reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time with reasonable notice where practicable. Ongoing promotions will be honoured at the terms applicable at the time of opt-in.
All games available on epal33 are governed by individual game rules published on the Platform. In the event of any discrepancy between these Terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail in respect of that game.
All Random Number Generator ("RNG") games on epal33 are independently certified for fairness. Published Return to Player ("RTP") percentages represent the theoretical long-term average payout and do not guarantee any individual outcome. Live dealer games are subject to the rules applicable to those games and the decisions of live dealers are final subject to dispute resolution procedures.
epal33 shall not be liable for any loss or disruption arising from technical errors, server downtime, connectivity issues on the part of the Player, or any other technical failures outside epal33's reasonable control.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, epal33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of goodwill, even if epal33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
epal33's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total deposits made by that Player in the six (6) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by epal33's negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.
epal33 collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection, use, and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
epal33 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified to Players by email or by prominent notice on the Platform not less than seven (7) days before the changes take effect, unless the change is required by law or regulation, in which case it may take effect immediately. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which epal33 holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved by mutual agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration bodies as designated by epal33's licensing authority.
